So I finally caved and got this thing. I am so bad at taking temps because my sleep is a mess and I just don't remember to take it. So I've been using the bracelet for the last 5 days.

I am CD 40, but I think 7 dpo (weird long cycle -- lost some weight which might have messed with it, also I struggle with anxiety, which I know doesn't help).

I had a pretty big dip yesterday though. It was sitting at about 96.5 F, and then went to 95.6, but today is back up to 96.63. Being on the wrist skin the numbers are probably skewed.

Is it possible that could be an implantation dip yesterday at 6dpo?

I POAS, but of course it was bfn, would be too early anyway I think, but it's so hard not to get my hopes up.

Hi there!

I have been wearing the Ava bracelet for 4 cycles now because I was the worst at taking BBT and was tired of peeing on opks non stop. I noticed only 2 months out of the 4 I had a dip around the time implantation would have happened(7&8dpo). Unfortunately neither were when I was actually pregnant(had a chemical in July) but saw a post from Ava that the dip shows in both pregnant and non pregnant charts.

How is the bracelet working for you?

I am also using Ava and had some random dips post o, not when I was pregnant though. So for me it's not a good sign but it can definitely be implantation dip for you!

I really recommend using Ava for measuring temperatures (I used it when I was working shifts and now while breastfeeding and managed to get quite stable curves) but not relying on their algorithm, rather put the temps in fertility friend.
