Anyone using bf as birth control?

At the moment, we are just naively believing that breastfeeding is a reliable birth control (we both know its not ) so I guess we are sort of technically NTNP

Anyone else relying on breastfeeding?

I am secretly hoping for a surprise before even returns. That would be nice

Well I guess I'm not qualified to answer as I don't actually have #1 yet, but when the time comes I'm pretty sure that's all we'll use as birth control, as I don't want to use hormonal/chemical birth control anymore, and DH hates condoms! I would love to try natural family planning, but unless my cycles ever straighten out, that's not really an option.

I think as long as you are both aware that you could get pregnant anytime, and are okay with the possibility of having another one in 9 months, then go for it!
