Shoot - I had pink hair for years but not in the position to dig up photos atm - I agree that if you have curlable hair the curls tend to make you appear fancier. I usually stuck with black dresses although that is obviously not appropriate for a day wedding. I frequently also did black and white polka dot for more semiformal events.

Okay here you go! You can't see it too well as the photos were all quite dark and it was a nighttime wedding but it was actually neon pink and looked beautiful. I did her hair and kept it simple by french plaiting each side and tucking it under, and I think simple works quite well with a bright colour. Dress was cream and shawl was black so she wasn't too bright overall

It's bright blue toned pink. I'm not really comfortable wearing cream or black to a wedding (your sister looks great though emy) but perhaps some shade of blue might be good. Might come back to this thread when i have some contending dresses lol

Yeah I get that, I'd feel awkward too! Have you considered a dark green? Or a deep grey?

Friend of mine had literally the most vibrant (gorgeous) pink at her wedding and her friends wedding where she was a bridesmaid, it looked beautiful! Shoulder length, straight with a white flower. x
