I have been ttc for 6 months and 6 cycles and just got diagnosed with a large haemorrhagic cyst on my ovary, that is, cyst filled with blood. They seem to be recurring since this is the second time I see my doctor in few months and both times there have been big cysts, 5 and 6 cm.
I suspected something was up since my luteal phase has been short, only about 8 - 10 days and strange periods but I don´t know whether the cyst has anything to do with it.
My doctor wants to "wait it out" for few months and then see but she seemed unsure about my problems and could not give me answers. I will get my bloodwork back in few days and then hopefully I will know more.
Anyone that has had experience with this and could tell me stories and give me advice. I am stressed and worry about my fertility.
