I've got 3 stone ish to lose but find it quite hard with the CFS working against me - anyone else in the same boat? Might be able to give eachother tips.
I've been trying to get back into my walking, so far done 3 x 30mins per week for a couple of weeks and I've really enjoyed the fresh air. I also have depression so getting out walking is to help that too.
I've started doing some core exercises too which I find very hard. Think I'm going to start Pilates and yoga again if I'm up to it. I have been wiped out all weekend so I'm a bit upset that I've struggled after doing such a small amount. First exercise in a couple of years though and with a condition so I'm trying not to beat myself up about it. Suppose you just compare yourself with your old self all the time, that's why it's upsetting.
