I am so over doctor/MW appointments. I'm on what is called 'shared care' between two towns because the town I live in doesnt have a OB or a maternity section at the hospital. My doctor is absolutely lovely but I just get sick of him, and at my next MW appointment it will be a different midwife to last time. I don't know if anyone else has this but it is so bloody annoying. Contemplating not going to another antenatal and just waiting for bub to be born. Sounds bad, but women have been being pregnant for centuries without people checking them every 2-4wks.

On another note, Kezzy has been growing so much! It's insane how big she feels. This morning I had the worse braxton hicks, woke me up and everything; nearly cried. Atleast after labour you have a child; after braxton hicks you are just plain sore!

Hugs.

I know it's bad and I feel the same but it's all for your baby. I have to see the doctor every week. I'm plain sick of it. I'm also treated like a high risk pregnancy so I have not one but two appointments every week. Im tired of doctors too but I know it's all for the extra care of LO. Hang in there. All this will be worth it when you meet your LO for the first time :)

I know and I think that is the only thing that makes me put up with it. It will be annoying not knowing my midwife when bub is born, I'm only on public health so I don't get a choice in my midwife; I get whoever is on duty at the hospital.

I'm medium to high risk because of some things that happened last year but thankgoodness I don't have to see them every week! I don't know how you put up with it..

They offer this at my hospital but they said because of my age they wont do it. Where abouts in Australia are you?
