Are children allowed in the ultrasound room?

My 2 year old was in the scan room when I found out my MMC last month so I wouldn't do it again as it was heartbreaking I was so upset she got so upset that I was crying so much she ended up being sick so it's put me off forever

I'm really surprised at all the no's. I live in Indiana, USA, this is my 3rd pregnancy. I've been to a total of 3 different OB groups, one of which had two locations, and I've also had ultrasounds at one of the local hospitals. At all 5 locations, some were in Indiana and some in Ohio, kids were allowed in all places. It's never crossed my mind that they WOULDN'T be allowed.
