Are my cycles irregular?

I always thought my cycles were normal or regular but after looking back at the lengths of my cycles over the last couple of years now that I'm TTC I noticed that my cycles vary by a few days on a regular basis. Here are the length of my cycles for the last year: 30, 31, 30, 27, 27, 26, 29, 33, 29, 29, 30, 26.

Is this any cause for concern? I have not used birth control pills in 8 years and have only been TTC 1 month.

Sorry to butt into your question! I would like to know this too, mine can range from 25 to 29 days. This is my last years worth 27,27, 28, 29, 28, 25, 26, 27, 28, 28, 29, 25. I never know whether to just work out the average? I tend to use '27' in any apps etc, but not sure if that's right!

Hopefully some kind and knowledgeable person can help us out! I am going to ask my obgyn about it at my next appointment.

that doesnt look irregular to me personally...seems within normal range. I personally have irregular cycles and for an example, last was 44 days, 42 before, 37, 29, 52, 38,...they are really all over the place.

Its not irregular hun, some cycles u ovulate early some cycles u ovulate late and this results in different length cycles.

For example, one cycle u ovulated CD11 and 14 days LP, ur cycle would be 25days OR an other cycle u ovulated CD17 and 14 day LP, ur cycle would be 31 days.

But if u have 60days cycle then 30days then 40days, i would call that irregular. Also if ur cycle is too long then it counts as irregular because if ur ovulation day passes cd22, ur egg will be old and quality will be poor.

Thank you for the insight! I had read somewhere that if your cycle varies by more than a couple of days on a regular basis that it could potentially signify abnormal hormonal fluctuations.

If you don't mind me asking, what other symptoms do you have? I asked my doctor if she thought I might have PCOS due to the acne I experience but she said I was "grasping for straws" because I am not overweight at all and don't have facial hair.

Sorry to butt in but I hate when doctors are like that :/ I have PCOS.. I dont have facial hair and I am not overweight... Its definetly not always the case.. I was diagnosed by blood tests showing issues with my hormones, irregular periods and acne.

Thank you for sharing! I am actually switching doctors because of that comment! I experience pretty severe pms which carries through the first few days of my period. Extremely sore and swollen breasts every month, acne, mood swings that start right after ovulation, neck and jawline acne. My cycles are slightly irregular as noted above (generally range 27-31 days...never less that 25 or more than 33.

I only hav acne as a symptom, im not overweight but curvy and i always exercised and ate clean to keep weight off. I gain so fast but my entire family does.

I dont have facial or body hair at all, never shaved my legs in my life. My cycles are always 28-30days and i get positive opk right on CD13-14.

I requested an appointment with a hormone specialist for my acne and my hair was falling more than usual. By the time i got my appointment with the specialist, we were ttc cycle #2. I lied to the specialist, and said we have been ttc for 1.5 years. Then he did hormone test and ultrasound.

My ultrasound was clean but hormones were out of wack. LH is too high and also testosterone which causes ovulation problems, acne, hair thinning and easy weight gain.
