It just came on out of the blue which makes me wonder if it's a third trimester symptom or do I just need to go to the dentist?

Yes it is, my dentist and dr said. I've had dental problems my whole pregnancy but my dentist won't treat me. However in general it is a pregnancy thing. Weirdly mine just started annoying me again recently. I would go for a check up though incase it isn't just that, although you will be lucky if they do anything!

I have sensitive teeth but they're usually controlled, last couple of days I have been suffering

Same here. The dentist mentioned it might be an issue as I got further along. Fingers crossed it goes back to normal at some point.

Defos! I've only ever had sensitive teeth in late pregnancy! It sucks!
