Are these good signs??

Last night (5dpo) I felt tiny poking feeling in my lower tummy, like little needles but not painful just noticeable. Today (6dpo) I'm feeling more noticeable stretchy feeling across in the middle and quite wet down there. Is this something good???? Thanks
