Are you allowed cod during pregnancy

Simple question really, I know some fish are off the menu and some need to be limited but cod isn't mentioned anywhere

Cod is okay in moderation like once a week or a couple times a month like with most fish that are okay. I had about 6 ounces of broiled cod a few days ago and tonight I'm having broiled salmon.
