Argh I just want to punch FOB in the face!!

God I am soooo angry! For people that have seen me post before will know that FOB has nothing to do with my LO through his own choice and my agreement which right now I am so glad I didn't push for him to change his mind as he's being a complete and utter douche bag!!

My LO's been ill and been diagnosed with some allergies that haven't come from my side of the family and the doctor asked me to contact FOB and get as much of his family history on allergies/eczema as I can up to his grandparents. So I ring him up for him to ask him and all he can say is 'Dunno'. I know he doesn't want anything to do with my LO but the least he could fricking do is give me some damn information that could help him!

So then I was like 'You don't know? Well can you ask your family and find out for me please and call me back by tomorrow at the latest' for him to say 'I can't.' no explaination as to why not nothing. So I just put the phone down and thought screw you. Why are men such a waste of oxygen?!

what an absolute asshole, it shows that these men only have one person on their mind. i cant believe he wont help out with something as serious as this, it not like your asking him to be a 'man'.

Exactly I've not asked him to do anything other than ask his family if they have any allergies..Family he speaks to every damn day?! If he thinks it's punishing me by not telling me he's wrong he's punishing an innocent child who's definitely better off without someone so selfish and pathetic.x

If I went behind his back I'd get nothing but abuse. The only way I could contact them is facebook which I know they don't use often so by the time they did get it it would probably be too late. Just don't see why he needs to be an idiot. I rang the doctor first thing this morning and they said its not vital it would have just been helpful and I'll have to be super watchful for anymore. I've spotted all his other ones when they insisted I was wrong I don't need that tools help. He just really wound me up being an ass for no reason.

My FOB was like this about LO's passport, birth cert, info for doctors such as allergies etc. I have no idea what the effin problem is to give us some basic info such as blood type and passport number. My mother says it's 'FOB's way of still pretending LO doesn't exist. By ignoring all this stuff we ask of them, they think it means baby isn't actually real. I just think they are selfish gits who all need vasectomies. Makes me so bloody mad sometimes how men can chase you down for sex and harass you for it like their life depends on it, but deal with the possible aftermath of it? eh, no thanks, that's the womans job, like the dishes and washing, they can get on with that, sexist idiots.

Ha ha rant over. FOB has pissed me off today to.

Definitely agree. We ended our relationship as friends - well civil - even though he'd already said he doesn't want to see LO or have any contact..Then he turns up at half 11 at night travelled god knows how far (I've no idea where he's living now) unannounced..Here was me thinking he'd changed his mind about seeing LO..Pahhh! Yeah right. He wanted a damn booty call. He was out on his ear and I was an inch from calling the police when he wouldn't go to begin with before I had them rang on me for hitting him out my door. Luckily the kids were at my parents house that night. Men are such jerks. I agree with the versectomy! I'd happily perform one on him myself..With a swift kick ha x

They have to look at themselves in the mirror everyday Teal, so they have to justify what they have done to these babies to themselves in order not to deal with the guilt and trust me, no matter how unemotional an FOB is, they deal with guilt and they KNOW what they have done is the lowest of the low. If they keep telling themselves they are not actually a father they will eventually believe that. Little reminders like asking for allergy info brings them back to earth with a swift kick, they don't like it, their brain doesnt compute, so they act dumb and don't commit to any answer. Stupid Tossers.

That's my theory anyway and I don't think I am far off the truth.
