my leg cramps are doing my head in!
i've had one from the beginning of yesterday morning and it's slowly spread down my leg into my foot - i've barely had any sleep with it! :hissy:
has anyone got any muchly appreciated tips on how they've relieved theirs? i've tried walking to stretch it out but no luck :(

I rarely get leg cramps, but normally when I wake up with them I just wait it out. Sorry, Im not much help.

hate them sometimes i get soo scared too straighten legg because so painfull not much help :hugs:

hope you dont get them for much longer!

Whenever I got a leg cramp, I jumped straight up and that helped immediately!

How can I prevent leg cramps?

Try these tips for keeping leg cramps at bay:
•Avoid standing or sitting with your legs crossed for long periods of time.
•Stretch your calf muscles regularly during the day and several times before you go to bed.
•Rotate your ankles and wiggle your toes when you sit, eat dinner, or watch TV.
•Take a walk every day, unless your midwife or doctor has advised you not to exercise.
•Avoid getting too tired. Lie down on your left side to improve circulation to and from your legs.
•Stay hydrated during the day by drinking water regularly.
•Try a warm bath before bed to relax your muscles.
