Arnica tablets

I've got some of these but not sure when to start taking them. My c section is scheduled for 20th May. Shall I take the day before or longer? Any advice from anyone else taking them?

I've heard conflicting reports of start taking them straight away the section, and others that say start 2-3 days before. I am going to start a few days before, but best to dosome of your own research xx
