arrghh sublime to the ridiculous! sick but starving!!!

So i'm 12 weeks and no longer being sick so much but have been fainting at home and feel nauseous ALL the time like the good ol days... the only thing which helps is eating... and i just can't stop!!!! its getting ridiculous!

If i haven't eaten in an hour i start to shake and feel light headed so i feel like i'm grazing on the hour every hour! I'm going to be the size of the house if i carry on like this!!! I'm sooooo hungry but there is nothing to eat in the house so have sent my long suffering husband to asda to 'get something yummy'!!!

I've got my scan on wednesday and bloods etc after so was going to ask the docs if all this fainting and lightheadness was normal. At my booking in my heart rate was really fast and my bp a bit low not sure if this has anything to do with it.

Anyone else had this??

I'm suffering too honey, literally can't go more than 2 hours without eating or i faint and throw up. It's awful, i really feel for you. I am worried as i have been suffering with gallstones and have to have another scan on my gallbladder in a few days and i'm not allowed to eat or dring for 6 hours before hand! There is just no way i will be able to do that! xx

Thanks I'm glad i'm not the only one! I can't imagine 6 hours without eating anything?! Have you asked your m/w for advice on this??

Only got the letter today so i am going to speak to her tomorrow. I just can't do it, no way i can go so long without food or drink! It is the strangest feeling ever, i remember i was the same all the way through with my last pregnancy. I used to keep biscuits next to my bed and i'd wake up and have to eat a few as i'd feel so awful - right up to when i had her! I put on 4st! Oooops!xx

i seriously can't put on 4st! i'm only 5ft 1!! hehe

What time is your scan? mines at 8.40am and am soooo nervous! Its my first pregnancy so have no idea what to expect! What are you hoping for this time? boy or a girl?

I'm only 5'1 too! Hahahaaa! I was a whale i swear to God! Hahaha! My scan is 10.15 - soooo excited and nervous! I really don't mind what i have, i'd like a boy to have one of each but i adore having a girl so having another would be just great! Hubby wants another girl.

How about you? Do you have a preference? I'm glad i had a girl first, i always wanted a daughter to dress up! First scan is the most amazing experience ever, you see this little baby moving around yet you can't feel it, it is very bizarre! They will do measurements and point bits out to you etc. If i remember rightly it lasts about 10 to 15 mins. Hope it's amazing!xxx

Hi ladies I need to eat every 2 hours or I feel sick and faint, if I let it go longer then that it gets really hard to eat then. I have passed the feeling sick all the time and not being able to eat but now I cant stop eating. I have no choice really I need to eat. Ive just had my tea and still have that hunger sickness feeling, I dont want anything though.

I have my scan friday at 9.40am and im so excited.

Its so exciting, my scan should be only a day or 2 out at the most as well, hope this week goes really fast

Low bp will explain lightheadedness. I had constant nausea the whole way through last time and mostly couldn't eat anything except crisps, I had them by my bed and might eat two packs in the night if I woke. This time I again have constant nausea which I hope won't last forever this time, I'm already plenty sick of it! I have to eat constantly too but it's giving me indigestion. I can't win! I also have to eat at exactly the right moment to not feel nauseated by the food and it's impossible to time.
