So I'm 11 dpo had bfn this morning. Cramps all day just seems to be on my left side. My boobs are killing which never happens with af and feeling really sick n tired. Even had to have a nap this afternoon and never ever so that. If I was pregnant shouldnt I get a positive at 11dpo?
