Yes because blood tests are more sensitive. Alot of pee tests you need 25 hcg to register. So if you are testing very very early (before the first day of your missed period) then a blood test would be more accurate hun. That being said, make sure she gets the quantitative blood test, which tests exactly how much hcg is in your body. The only thing is I dont really see the point of getting one that early unless you have a positive pregnancy test, since pregancy tests are sooo accurate by the 1st day of your missed period, and the chances of having a chemical are pretty high so you'd want to wait until you miss your period so as not to cause unnessesary heartache.
