asthma and cleaning products

While I was cleaning my house earlier and cleaning the loo with anti bac spray my lungs felt really bad, this has happened before and I do have asthma.

So I just wondered if anyone had any suggestions for cleaning products that are less likely to cause breathing issues. My daughter also has a cough that I suspect will in time be diagnosed as asthma. Tia 😊
