What Christmassy thing have you done today?

Over the weekend we went to a Reindeer farm, saw Santa, wrapped presents while watching Christmas movie and Christmas specials of tv shows, exchanged presents with family, and baked gingerbread men.

We had a nice christmassy weekend. Went to the local christmas market, had a crafty evening with crafts, drinks and nibbles and watched a few films.
This week is mainly about getting work and school done. I have loads to do on Friday as its my only day off child free.

I need to find ways to bring the magic and excitement back, both my girls are non believers now and have both said it doesn't feel as fun or magical this year. Not sure what to do so any suggestions appreciated.

My eldest said the same when he first stopped believing but he had the younger ones so we promoted him to Santa's helper and he got to experience the magic from the other side

Yeah we had that last year with my eldest but now the youngest also doesn't believe I cant help but feel sad for them. Hopefully a few Christmassy days at school and panto on the weekend will get them feeling more excited. x

Aww my youngest doesn't believe anymore either. It's sad when the youngest one stops believing.

Wrapped DD1's presents
Discussed food with my sister as we're going to hers for boxing day food/games.

Put all the Christmas bedding on today. We are going to have a movie night and watch Daddy's Home 2 tonight. We've worn many Christmas jumpers and socks this week too hahaha

Well we drove 50 minutes to see a drive through lights show but the line up to get in was insane. Well over an hour wait. And the kids didn't want to wait and with a baby we just gave up. Dd2 was so upset she was crying. So we attempted something Christmassy.
