Avatar - am I being really stupid?

I keep trying to update my avatar but the old one still keeps showing on my posts. The new one shows in my user CP and I've made sure it's the right size. Looks like it's uploaded correctly but just isn't updated on my posts. What am I doing wrong??

Are you updating your profile pic or avatar? (often it is because members update the wrong one )

Doh - yes!! I knew I must be being completely stupid. Right...off to change my avatar this time hehe
