Hi,
Can anyone enlighten me please...
I have been using a mixture of 9oz Tommee Tippee and Avent bottles. I decided to go exclusively Avent as the TT ones are rubbish. Now, my original Avent bottles are the 9oz ones with the anti-colic ring you have to also insert. I have bought some online which looked the same but actually turned out to be Avent 'Advanced' bottles which have no ring but claim that the teat flexes with the baby sucking to release the air back into the bottle.
Having looked at the bottle adaptors / necks and teats from both sets of bottles (both are size 2 slow flow), they all look completely identical and so I cant see why I need an 'anti colic' ring in one bottle and not the other?
I dont know if there will be a problem if I now get the new and old bottle teats and necks mixed up in the washing up as visually I cant see any difference between them?
Can anyone shed any light on this please?!
Thanks x
