Average DPO for a BFP!

Hey Ladies,

I ve done my homework, but I still dont get a good answer, i tried finding a already xisiting thread on here but it is a needle in a haystack!

so plz plz plz help me

How many DPO were you when you tested? How many negatives if any did you get, and when did it finally become BFP!!

faint positive 11 DPO. I think the average is 10-14 days for testing. If you are certain about when you ovulated. It also of course depends on when the egg implanted. good luck. I would say try to wait at least 10 but 12 would be better!

You can look at my chart if you want to, i O`d and i am now 13dpo. My temp is still high and i got a BFN this morning. Wondering if I should hold my breath ...

test was as dark as the control line at 12dpo so I could have tested sooner. Some women get bfp early and some late.

12 DPO - About a million tests BFN before the positive - total waste of money. Also recommend FRER over Clear Blue (which were very hard to read).... There's a reason they say wait until AF is due - it's the best time to test, until she arrives you are not out!!!

I got mine at 9 dpo but super faint. By 13 it was very dark. How long is your normal cycle? I used FRER. The one that says "6 days sooner" on the package. It is very accurate from what I have read. Pink dies are also easier to read than blue. Good luck!

32 (im now on 33) days has been my longest, but I ovulated late....but even then my luteal phase is usually 12 days....

Vary Very faint bfp on ic at 8dpo, faint bfp on frer 9dpo and dark bfp on frer and 1-2wk on cb digi at 10 dpo x

I got my positive at 11dpo and it was the first day I tested out of that cycle.

BFP at 11 dpo, but very faint - I bet if I tested a day earlier it would have been a BFN.

On a study of over 93000 FF charts the average DPO for a first BFP was 13.6

I got a very very faint bfp on an IC on 8dpo, but I got a definite positive on a frer and a "pregnant" on digi on the same day!! By 14dpo my lines were SUPER dark! BUT I've heard of people getting bfn's all the way to 14dpo. Average is 12dpo I'd say thought.

Oops sorry just remember averages mean there will be many either side - many women don't get a bfp till after AF is due. Lots of luck hun xx

I kept getting these REALLY FAINT evap lines that my DH could not see and would not show on any camera. I even wrote a bad review on the tests on amazon (since have edited it) but I got my BFP dpo12, but it was still pretty faint. I only knew it was for real when my DH peed on the same cheapie and there was nothing. Good luck girl!

Thanks everyone for the reply. My temp stayed high again today, so 14dpo i, not taking another test until sunday. As long as AF stays away it should be alright

Very faint on what I thought was 12DPO with FRER, however at 12wk scan I was told the baby was measuring a week ahead, so I guess I was actually 19DPO?

Very faint morning of 10DPO..that night was a little darker next morning definitely starting to show a little clearer and I think that night (11 DPO) I got a positive w/ the digital..Good luck to you!! Keep us posted!
