hi all ok so i cam off b/c April 22 had a period April 28th came off may 3rd then had another period May 22nd (i know i didn't ovulate that cycle) i came off my period Thursday May 26th now today i have found slight spotting very light but hardly anything could this be what I've read about ovulation bleeding as I've been on b/c for 7 years and ttc my first I'm not really sure cant remember what i was like before as i was young

i would be so grateful for any advice that anyone can give me thanks

Your cycles are probably going to be pretty whacked out for a while since you've been on BC for so long. It's too early to be ovulating, even with your short (25 day cycle). Are you using OPKs? That would be one way to tell for sure what's going on. How do you know you didn't ovulate on your first cycle?

im guessing your body is just adjusting to being off BC... i think it will take a while before it settles into regular routine. Maybe try OPK's and temping to get more familar with your cycle as it adjusts
