I've done 2 cycles of clomid and about to start my 3rd.

My progesterone levels are being checked on CD 21 and they've been 13.4 (with 50mg clomid) and then 13.7 (100mg of clomid).

The Dr says he wants to see my progesterone in the 20s.

So I was doing some research this morning about natural ways to up progesterone levels and read it is tied into B6. I take prenatals. The recommended amount of B6 is almost 2 mg. My prenatals just barely have that. So I pulled out a bottle of B complex that I bought but have never taken. It's B6 is 5mg. I'm wondering if I should try taking the B complex instead to see if it'll naturally help my progesterone levels.

Does anyone have any insight on this? I'm going to call my Dr when they open in an hour to see if he wants to add progesterone cream, and obviously if he does then I won't overdose myself by adding in the vitamins, but if he doesn't I want to have a plan of something to possibly help.

If you're in USA then any multivitamins, prenatals you take have got times less the amount then needed.

I'm in the USA at the moment and got the B complex, well compared to my UK b complex, the American has 20 times less vit b.

The most popular brand prenatals in UK is vitabiotics. You can go on their website and see how much vit they'd like the Brits to take. For vit B6 they recommend 10mg.

Alos there's no GMO food in UK (it's banned in Europe) but ppl who consume GMO food you should be taking even more vitamins...
