For the past 3 months, I have ovulated on day 17-18 with a 9-10 day luteal phase... This cycle I started taking B50 Complex on cycle day 6.. it is not cycle day 12 and I just got a positive OPK. I couldn't believe it. hopefully that means my whole cycle is longer and my luteal phase will increase as well.

I will update with the results of my LP.

Are any ladies taking B6 or Bcomplex?

Hi Ashley,
That sound amazing! Hopefully you have a longer LP too!! Are you taking any other vitamins or prenatals?
I've consistently had short cycles with short LPs and late ovulation (averaging 26 day cycles and usually ovulating on cd18-19). I take a prenatal and b6, but maybe I should switch to a b complex...

Keep me updated on your cycle!

Hey

so I had a positive OPK on CD12 then a negative that night.. I didn't think I ovulated because I had none of the normal cramping that I usually do. I then had another positive OPK on CD15 (yesterday).. that night it was still positive and I had cramps.. I had a temp spike this morning so I'm thinking I ovulated yesterday. The OPKs were strange but I WILL take ovulating 3-4 days early! Hopefully my LP is long as well or I get BFP this month =)

I read that you need to take b6 with b12 for it to work properly. A complex is better for LP. I started with the b-50 but read that if it is not making much difference that you can up to the B-100s
