Psychological abuse. Totally messes with a child's perception of beauty. It's vile and sexualizes young girls.

I don't like any of it, I hate the idea of putting children in a situation where they are being openly judged and told they are better or worse than others because of their looks, it promotes an unhealthy body image and can't be doing wonders for self esteem, I don't like the excuse of it's for fun - children can have fun playing dress up without the need to make it competitive and focused on pleasing a group of strangers.
