Babies on smart trikes!

After thinking we wouldn't bother with one, we tried our son in one today in the local ELC and it was him that convinced us to get one as he loved it. Here is a photo we took this afternoon! (It's for his birthday, which is on Thursday - but we decided to let him have it early!!)

Wow..just googled them er they are extortionate!! I have to say, the most i envisaged was around £50! ..but £85-£120 is well...a bit much!

The one you can see Madeline on in this thread was £49.99 - bought on Saturday from Argos.

Rebecca loves her trike as well. Here are a couple of her:

1. On her first outing in it (early this year - it was fine in the cold weather!)
2. This weekend at my sister's wedding. We wanted a way to get her down the aisle without having to carry her / it taking an hour for her to walk down!
3. A summer outing in our village

It's chad valley and is the same one as LouandIvy's - I was expecting to get the same colour too, but it just happened that the one in the box was purple and green. Both are ace, and they can be kept for any future siblings...be they boy or girl!

Perhaps just ask at Argos which colours they have if you decide to get one. Madeline has been on hers every day - and she sat on it watching Show Me Show Me this morning while I put my face on.
