Baby anemia?

Has anyone any information on this as been told this may be an issue for my lo.

How old is your LO? What gestation were they born at? Alex was born at 27+3 and has been on 2ml sodium feredetate (sytron) since he was born until the age of one x

I'm still pregnant but have a few complications absent edf is common for me and also have increased blood flow in baby's brain which i have been told might be a sign my lo has anemia so came here to research it as found little information online.
