Baby ate his own poop!!

I was running him a bath and he likes to crawl around naked upstairs before I put him in the bath. I came out of the bathroom and found that he had done a poo on the floor and was sitting there eating it! OMG.
Has anyone else's baby ever done this??

One of those times my baby was too quiet I checked on him to find his diaper off and poop on the floor his hands and in his mouth. A couple of weeks ago he also had a taste of cat poop.
