Baby Blake is here!!

I started having contractions every 45 mins at 4pm on July 11th. At 9:30pm my water broke. By 11pm my contractions became a steady 8 minutes apart. We got to the hospital around midnight. The contractions were bareable & I was 4cm dilated. Around 2:30am I started getting intense back pains. My boyfriend & I kept walking around to try to help things. I had no meds at all. At 4:30 I felt a strong need to push. I had the Dr check & I was 8cm. After a couple more contractions they were ready for me to push.

Blake Michael was born at 5:26am on July 12th. He came out with his hand sticking out by his head & the cord wrapped once around his neck. He weighed 7lbs 4.8oz & 19 inches long. Thankfully he is as healthy as can be.

So I'm officially no longer a pregnant teen, but I'm sure I will still stay around here as all of you girls have been a great support Wishing all you other mommas & mommas to be the best of luck.
