Baby Books

Has anyone seen any single parent baby books around? I was just trying to choose one to put in my hospital bag, and I was looking through it and it breaks my heart to leave it all blank for the dad part. Like..."what was dad's first reaction? what did grandma on my dad's side do?" etc etc. Just wondering if anyone saw anything like that. I could fill some of it out but I'd rather not have his name associated with my child in any way, shape or form. Especially not in her baby book.

I have this one My Babys Journal and it does have one page asking for Dads view on the birth, but you could easily rip that page out. I have ripped out a few pages. I don't think there was any other mention of dad. I will check and will let you know.
