Baby cries after pooping

Hi ladies

So my 2 week old is formula fed and after a couple of rough days of constipation, his poop is now soft and pasty and he goes twice a day.
Problem is after passing the poop , he starts crying intensely and as soon as poop is cleaned up and he is held, he is fine..
I am just not able to understand.. it's not that he cries to poop ..he strains but that's normal.. but crying bloody murder after pooping is something I m not able to understand..

His poop hole isn't red or anything around the edges..


Any comments ? Tia

He might not like to be dirty.
It might still hurt.
He needs a check up to be sure.

Maybe it hurts when he is pooping.
Or maybe he just doesn't like the feeling of the poop in his nappy. I would get him checked over just to be sure

Thanks ladies.. its funny how issues resolve themselves within s matter of few days.. guess this was just one of them
No crying while pooping now, lol
