We did themed role play stuff for awhile. Stuff like sexy nurse, cowboy(totally hott), police(with hand cuffs), roses and candles romantic night, ect... It's fun to think of new things too. And trying new positions is always exciting. Have fun!

Instead of trying to force a mood in the moment, maybe try giving yourself the entire day to really fantasize about your SO and what you look forward to doing with him. Think about the things that really turn you on about him, whether it be his looks or even the little things that he does that you find cute and attractive. It is LOVE making! On one of my bored browsing days, I watched "The Great Sperm Race" on YouTube and they have a "sperm expert" (yes those exist!) who was saying how she 100% believes that sperm quality is based on how turned on the man is. Basically how good the sex is. Chore sex might only bring up the normal quality sperm, while if he is more turned on and having a greater O, he is really drawing from the "reserves" so to speak, which is where all the new more mature sperm are. I have been doing this too didn't realise it had a name just thought it made sense to try it a bit more frequent.

We bought some goodies from lush so we bath / shower together or have a massage some evenings, we also experiment with positions and places around the house haha! Well ladies happy to report that I am now very much interested in my man. After Almost ten years together we opened up and spoke out about our deepest fantasies.
