Baby growth spurts

Hi ladies just wondering when weeks baby goes through a growth spurt in 3rd tri the last 10 days or so I feel like I’ve ballooned x

Not sure exactly but I got big in the last six weeks. Isn't it about half a pound a week they gain I'm the last month or so? Xx
