baby in a drawer

I cant believe this thread lol I always thought I was weird for making my baby sleep in a drawer at my MIL lol

But yeah we did it lots of times and he was ok !

I can't imagine with no matress it would be good/comfy for baby!

This reminds me of SC though ...we had a massive deep set of drawers in the office and he suggested that when he had baby in office she coudl go in there! Lets just say we were planning on moving house and I left them behind

Id just fold over a nice fleecey blanket and put her on that, she'll be fine in a draw tho ppl did it in the old days all the time!

 at wobbles! i too would have thought without a mattress might be uncomfortable, could you take just the mosses basket mattress and use that to pad out the draw? failing that, how about the pram idea? i'm sure looks of padding will be fine though x

My mom did that with some of her kids  Just put some blankets in the drawer and let them sleep there.

I used a laundry basket with Hannah when she was younger

Ive used a laudry basket when caeden was a baby whilst visiting my mum. Just pad it out with blankets and she'l be fine! x

Aw bless she'll look so cute, id just pad it out with lots of blankets. But i wouldnt put her to close to your bed on the floor encase you stand up in middle of night :)

XxX

thanks everyone for your replies :)

i cant put her in the bed with me cos me and pauls already having to share a single bed lol, my gran is a bit short on space...gutted for us lol

i did wonder about putting her in the pram but didnt know if it would be safe? she sleeps quite soundly like but its the loola up i have and it isnt a little carrycot thing, its just a buggy that lies flat? and its quite big so it wouldnt fit in the room with us so dont know where i would put it...i think its gna have to be the drawer lol but at least i know not to use the pillow now :) thanks everyone
