she was due on the 28th and wasnt planning on comming out any time soon. i missed my app. 2 days after her due date because OH hurt himself right before we were leaving. they told me to go into L/D to be checked and all that good stuff so i did. when i got there i was having small contractions and at 2cm but her heart rate was dipping at times so because of that and being over my DD then they decided to induce me. after being put on pitocin her heart rate dipped again so they took me off and i had contractions on my own. i went in at a 2 then was a 4 then 6 then holy crap i need to push!!!!! it went so fast even though it was 13 hours and out she came in 45 mins,perfect in every way weighing 8lbs 2oz 21 inches long with a 13 cm head. the whole time i was telling the nurse i had to poo and she was telling me its the head but i didnt wanna believe her. i had alot of back pain at 9 cm and i guess it was because she was back to back with me. nurses kept saying 2 more pushes and shes out and here comes her head so i said u said all that an hour ago! it was funny. then i told them not to look at the fat moving on my legs . it was just funny all the way around.......i didnt tear much just a small little cut almost with i think 4-5 stiches..i did end up getting the epi and i dont mind that i did becuse it made it an almost easy thing to do and having a baby is not easy.i didnt expect OH to be much of a help and i was right but with him hurting his back that morning i already knew he would just sit there. he said he wasnt going to look when she was being born because he would pass out but he did look a few times and didnt pass out, yet when they did my epi he almost did and he didnt even see the needle going in either lol. i didnt want my mom in the room because i knew she would drive me crazy and she did and i wanted lots of pics but didnt end up with any of the ones i wanted like when she was put up on me when she was born, OH cutting the cord or our going home pic.
there was a nurse there that was driving me nuts telling me i need to drink more water and everytime she came in she litterly shoved the water cup in my face and told me my baby is unhealthy because i only had a cup of water for the day,then she tells me i shouldnt be on my back or side i should be sitting up so baby can come down.so i sit up and was in the indian position with my legs crossed and she asks me how i expect baby to come out if im sitting n the exit...ugh she drove me nuts!!!!! other then that i had a great midwife nurse and some other nurses ..will add more later because im forgetting some stuff....
