Lost plug and bloody show Friday morning before work, went to work, went shopping after work, hauled groceries up and down our stairs. Laid down at 6 pm because I felt some gas pains. 18 minutes later I noticed the gas cramp type pain seemed to be coming regular below bump above pelvic and I had no gas, so I thought I would track. They were coming 7 min, 15 min back and forth. At 9 pm, seemed to be a little more stronger so took bath and noticed they were all 5 min apart and about 45 sec. Called birthing center because we were hour and a half away. She said we could probably wait. But then they were 4 min, so we decided to get our son to friends. The ride was long front contractions were getting more and more. We got to birthing center at 1:30 am, the nurse thought..hmmm maybe early because the contractions slowed slightly. I was 2 cm
Then bam...15 min later all contractions moved to my back...so intense...coming fast. Doc said wouldn't need pain meds, would take quite some time to get to 5 cm. Water broke at 4:05 am and I went from 2 cm to 7.5 cm that fast. I was screaming for epidermal because my back labor was so...painful but I had went so fast they didn't have an IV in me and I had to go through half a bag of fluids before they could do epideral. I wanted all natural...but the back pain was so intense! 40 minutes later after a contraction I almost had half the fluids gone so close to an epideral...but all the sudden I said I have to poop...no I have to push! They turned me over and said...you are fully dilated...no meds..you are having baby now! Doctors were in shock...they could see hair! I pushed 45 minutes, they did an episiotomy and the next push he was out! Born at 5:59 am. 7 lb 9 oz and 19.3 in
