Monday night I was sitting on the couch watching TV and felt a bit of pressure and a pop and my water broke. I was already in the process of getting my hospital bag ready as I had an induction scheduled for this upcoming Saturday. We got to the hospital and I was 4 cm and 90% and contractions were ramping up. Dh and I walked the halls for what seemed forever. The nurse came in to check me and said I was ready to go and the doctor came in and got ready. He was born in less than 10 minutes after 2 pushes. First push his head and shoulders popped out and second push he all came out! Very fast birth the second time! I pushed for 2 hours with my first.

Nathaniel Owen was born August 4th at 8:33 am 7lbs 12oz and 19.5 inches long. He was born the day before my birthday, best birthday present! He is doing great and his big brother Nicholas is doing great too, just trying to adjust.

I hope I have the same birth experience as you second time around! That sounds awesome. Nathan is gorgeous and I hope Nicholas is adjusting well to being a big brother too. I'm worried about that side of things with my DD - she's properly possessive of me and her dad!
