BabyandBump Lingo & Abbreviations

sorry my turn now.... what does O/T or OT mean in a thread title?

Pretty sure it is "overtime" unless OT is used for something else now. LOL

Ah, yes of course, can mean that too.

I've seen OT used both ways.

This thread is brill - i'm new to BnB and was v confused with the abbreviations. I'm getting used to some of them now.

Hey this is great thank you!!....I have seen "HV" a couple of times.....does anyone know what it means?

whats NT when talking about 1st scans?

Does OT mean occupational therapist?

NT is the Nuchal Translucency scan, which is done between 11 & 13 weeks and it checks the nuchal fold at the back of the baby's neck - this is used to determine the risk of (i think) downs syndrome or something similar.

Not sure about OT, but I think it means Off Topic
xxxxxxxxxx

Thanks for this!

Softcups and Pre-Seed might be nice to add. Both I kept seeing discussed in various threads and didn't know what they were.
Still see lots of ladies asking about them in random threads.
