I know I didn't post in here much, but I thought I'd just let you all know Baby Lola was born on the 23rd of August at 17:35pm weighing 7lbs11oz!
Going to keep this as brief as possible!
At around 4pm I decided to go in as I'd been contracting since 7am and I wasn't managing them anymore, Rosie (midwife) refused to check me or give me any pain relief as I wasn't contracting "regular enough"
, around 10 minutes after her leaving the room I had a very intense one that made me cry out like a banshee 
so OH got her in and explained how I wasn't coping with them, could I at least be checked etc, Rosie agreed and checked me. She didn't say how dilated I was, just that my waters were bulging and as soon as they went it wouldn't be long. She gave me some gas and air, I tried it for the next two contractions and decided it wasn't working 
Fast forward a bit and I decided I needed to go to the toilet, OH came with me and I tried going but couldn't, I stood up and my waters went, cue me saying "Ican feel the baby's head inbetween my legs!" After two pushes Lola was born being caught by Rosie as I was standing up! She had the cord wrapped round her neck and had pooed inside me but there was no cause for concern with either! We came home that night!
