Now it's poking its bits and bobs out of me it's really starting to hurt abit? Is that normal?

ah yes, my baby finally discovered my ribs.
sometimes in the evening the movements become very painful and my belly just keeps moving left and right. I wonder what the baby is doing!!

It feels like mines trying to claw its way out my right side lol! :| I can feel its bum poking right out, it looks quite strange

Oh yeah.. my little Connor is always trying to stretch my stomach further than it an stretch. He likes to stick his bum out of the right side of the stomach.

Yeah mine does too! I'm starting to think I'm having a boy lol!

OOh yea. Sometimes I swear, baby is trying to bust out as well. And she will stick her butt or head really far out one side, then kick like crazy on another side. Its amusing to watch tho... And see my tum moving all around. :headspin:

Oh it gets worse!
Just wait till s/he starts to move downward, it really hurts then. Plus he is alot stronger now. I used to think, "this is it?" when everyone said the kicks hurt. But they are just not really starting to hurt. sometimes they buckle me over in pain!

I wouldn't say it was AHH!!! kind of pain? It's just a pain and I know it's there. Not to mention the nice round bump I've had poking out of my bump for the past hour

That makes me feel better too, my doctor said it should feel like butterflies or something and I just looked at him like "are you kidding?". My LO has been downright abusive compared to what I'm apparently "supposed" to be feeling

When mine kicks down low I sometimes get sharp pains which make me jump & take my breath away. It's funny is you're sitting quietly watching TV or something & just flinch & say "owww" suddenly. Everyone gives you funny looks.

Close to the end of my pregnancy, he'd actually started to cause bruising inside on the left hand side of my bump. It was so sore and really painful to touch, but MW said it was completely normal but OUCH :( Everything's worth it in the end though :D so stick in there girls! x

This is normal hun, mine currently likes hooking her foot under my ribs and it wrecks

Very normal, and unfortunately as s/he gets bigger, it gets worse! x

I haven't found my LO's movements to be painful yet. It is very uncomfortable when it kicks down. Mainly my kiddo is kicking to the left bottom of my tummy, its nice and fleshy down there now so it doesn't hurt.

Omg did he really say that? I had that butterflies at 14 weeks. Somehow I dn't think a 20 week old baby kickin you in the bladder/tummy/ribs/spine is gonna feel like butterflies!
