bac from mw !!!

just got bac from my midwife appointment who has told me tht the baby head is in place an tht i could go at any time now she dnt think am goin to last till my due date which i was happy with but i sed i wanted to go after am 37wks so he is classed at full term she also exaimied me an sed i was nearly 3cm dilated an to keep an eye on my pains i keep keep an to rest as much as possible from now on

babies heart beat was really good an strong an when she measured she sed am only measuring at 35weeks but not to worry cos this may be cos if the way he is layin

so for me now its just a awaitin game

i was admited to hospital at 33weeks cos i was told i was 1cm dilated an was contractin an showin signs tht i was goin into full labour, they gave me the steriod injectons for his lungs to be on the safe side an was told i could go at anytime am soooo glad ive got this far now i no i shudnt be gettin my hopes up but when u hear news like this it seems like there lite at the end of the tunnel all ive dun is sufer with this preagancy an now its gettin to much with the spd an constant sleepness hope theres not to much waitin now ive been gettin pains since 1.20am every tens mins an they are gettin stronger but not gettin any closer noin my luck ill go now at 42 weeks an have a big babyxxxxx

pains are manageable dont get me wrong they hurt when they come but am no were near bein able to have any pain relief lol was told to take pracetomol lol like tht will take the edge of it would rather just stand there an rock side to side or bounce on my ball hahahahahah

Thats great news that you have basically got to full term, you can be pretty confident now that your LO will not need any intensive care, so happy for you Do you mind me asking if this is your first Little one? xx

So glad everything was good with you and baby....i doubt we'll be bumping into each other at hospital as it sounds promising baby's head is in place and you're 3cm! I well reckon you'll go before me!
Hope that it does mean the end is near for you and you're not gonna be stuck like that til 40+ weeks.

no its my 2nd baby ive got a daughter whos 4years old now an i went bang on her date from my 1st contraction to givin birth i was 25an half hours so werent tht long but they only establish us in labour at 4cms so in her case i was only 4hours which was quick for my 1st she was 7lbs 1oz an was very tiny

am havin a lil boy this time round an calllin him michael joseph (his dads choice) other wise i would of chose sumthing diffrent but because it his 1st child i thought it would be really specail for him to choose lolxx

Aw, thanks for the reply, It seems boys are on the bigger side but im glad to hear that hes going to come on time, Im sure will have a good labour with your little boy too. I am only 34 weeks just a bit worried about going overdue its becoming more an dmore of a worry as im just uncomfortable.. But I know she will only come when she is ready xx

feel poo!!! had a bad back since 26 weeks to the point were i cant move or sleep and ive had no help from MW or GP so im a bit fed up, knowing my luck i will get to 42 weeks and still no baby!!! ive been getting the odd pain in my belly and pains down below but no signs of her coming any time soon xx

God im a moaner today lol x

every1 is always worried either about goin oer due or baby comin early i always say the lo will arrive when they are good an ready.

as for the uncomfy side it will only get worse the bigger we get i feel like a beach whale at the min all swollen tht i cant even get me ugg boots on or shoes i had o go the midwife with slippers on she must of though wtf lol xx

am a moaner aswell i cnt help it the bac pain is the worse but just think it will be all worth it when u have ur lo in your arms xxxx
