lesondemavie - thank you, and you as well
Not sappy - you're right, it's lovely to have women to speak to that can relate and are hoping for the same thing. I feel as though it'll be very comforting (for me at least) to have that companionship and support for each other on our journeys.
I was previously in a facebook group of women that I had 'met' in an online forum - we were all due in April and it was hard to lose that too because I enjoyed the connection. I had to briefly explain what happened, as I needed to leave the group for obvious emotional reasons but I didn't want to just disappear. Being back on that forum site is a trigger for the time being, so I'm thrilled I've found this site's forum. Plus there wasn't really anything specifically related to loss in some way so I don't know that it'd be very helpful for me.
I guess this is my way of reaching out and looking for that feeling of companionship or forging friendships with ladies that have been through loss and are trying to look forward. My husband is amazingly supportive, but (don't flame me for saying) he *is* still a guy and I feel that guys will never fully grasp the plethora of emotions that we experience as women going through this, no matter how enlightened and wonderful they are![Wink ;) ;)](/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/icon_wink.gif)
