Back and stomach pain after being sick ?

So I woke up and had to run to be sick nothing unusual except being sick has given me horrible scary tummy ache across my middle and back ache I hate having tummy ache but when pregnant it's scary I was retching a lot just feel like I've done 3 rounds with Tyson
Does anyone else get bad tummy ache after being sick ?

If it goes into your back between your shouldet blades it could be gallstones? I have them and it's really very painful. Although I would imagine it's more likely to be muscle strain.. hope you improve soon x

Ohh yes with HG my tummy killed and my back for weeks.
My stomach hurt so bad after i ate, i can say all has improved but i still get a lot tummy ache and nausea.
