Back labor or just back pain?

I have had the worst lower back pain ever and it gets worse and worse I'm 34 weeks so I'm not sure if it's back labor or just back pain...

I've had on and off back pain for a few nights now, not sure if it means anything but my baby's measuring 3 weeks ahead in size so maybe it's the pressure
