Back pain after miscarriage

I unfortunately lost our baby last Saturday but since then i have been still cramping but i have also had painful backache and pain.I've been taking Aleeve or Ibuprofen but doesn't seem to do too much and i tried to go back to work yesterday but couldn't make it any longer i had to come home.
Has anyone else had this happen to them? I'm worried to return back to work on Sunday as i still feel the pain.
