When I lay down or sit down (even if resting on pillows) I get bad back pain. It's not even my lower back its the entire back. What can I do to try and reduce the pain??

The only thing you can do really is take paracetamol and use heat packs (only on your back not on your front).

Maybe get a bump support so your bump isn't pulling your back out of position too much? That is what I did and it helped a little, it still hurt but it wasn't quite so crippling.

If those fail then speak to your GP and see what they say maybe?

Thanks. My doc said try heating pads as well so I will have to go buy those.

Can you get wheat bags where you are? They are brilliant for back pain if you can get them!!
