Think I made another thread or mentioned it somewhere but when I did I would have said quite bad & compared to now it was moderate back pain/ache!

I don't want to go to GP if tbh its a waste of bloody time & its something I have to stick out.

My back is getting VERY bad now esspecially in mornings - the other morning I called Stu to life me up! then onto picking her up, changing nappy even though its on the unit & feeding it was killing me! I have a constant ache in my back when its not very painful so ongoing!

Normal - problem a GP can help with? Or get on with it just happens?

I didn't catch your other thread. Has this been going on for long? Prior to pregnancy or during and/or after pregnancy?

I know carrying a baby throughout a day, picking a baby up, holding them during feeding, etc. can put a strain on one's back. Could be that you are out of alignment and do need to seek some help for your back too.

Another thing, I don't believe you are breastfeeding Caitlin right? Try using muscle relaxers which you can get over the counter at any drug store. They do work well for pain until you do get to a GP.

I was very uncomfortable in pregnancy but after Cautlin nothing really too concerning but then again my fairy was that sore I wasn't bothered about a nything else  tmi I know buy hey ho we all been there - lucky who haven't!

After a few weeks I may have described it as bad and very sore but if I did it certainly wasn't compared to now. Just feels like a constant ache even mildly but turns nasty mainly mornings and towards end of day. Pretty sure it spreads around where I had the epi!

Off topic

*Growl* lol!!!!

Cautlin ?

 Just had to razz you for razzing me!

Anyhow, I changed it in my post. :)

I was hit by a car in 2001 and since I have always had a bad back where sometimes I cant get down to put socks on and I need help getting up etc but since having the Spinal for the C-Section its a whole lot worse.

See before it was just lower back pain but I also experience pain in the middle of my backnow when im bent over changing etc and sometimes its awful to lay falt in bed. Getting out of bed is difficult some mornings. I have to hold onto things to keep me up.

Im not sure if I should mention it to doc or not so far I have just persevered... Perhaps if you are having it where you had the epi & it affects me where they put the spinal then maybe it affects the nerves for sometime.

Im hoping it will die down.

Im hoping that too - does seem to be connected just hope it goes away!

:ignore: @ Leeanne lol

you should see your GP huni. They'll probably just send you to a physioterrorist and give you painkillers, but it needs to go on your records too.

Try using a memory foam topper on your bed, if you haven't one already and good posture blah blah blah

xx

Every day its getting worse

Asked OH to help me up out of bed again since, unable to roll over without serious pain & struggle & getting up I just KILL all over my back from the bottom right up to my shoulders. Its now becoming worrying but I hate the docs - Ive not even registered  when I registered Caitlin I booked in for the nurse which you do before offically registered and of course I didn't go but Caitlin is still registered

I would recommend that you go and see an osteopath as they are specialists with the spine. Might not work but anything's worth a try if you're in that much pain.

I agree with Marley hon. That sounds terrible what you're going through. I have back pain but not that bad. I hope you start feeling better soon :hugs:
