hi guys im 22 weeks this week and have had back problems for years, I knew as soon as i started gaining weight i would suffer and i was right im in agony!!

I have invested in a maternity back support form mothercare and its brilliant!! worth every penny. you look a little ridiculous and take a while to get used to it but if anyone is suffering I would recommend it!

ooo thanks for that, i've literally just posted asking for ways of easing back pain as I am pretty sick of it now!! will look into one of those =D
