Back to the normal cycle signs how long after a mc?

Hello I had 2 mcs, one every year (3 months ago my last one).
My problem is that after the mc my cycle changes and I dont have the same period signs as I had like the sore breasts that was my main sign..It took me 6cycles at my 1st mc to feel my breasts sore again and I understood that everything came back to normal. This time also I dont have the same feeling 2weeks before my period as I always did.
Does anyone has the same problem?

After MC it is normal for your cycles to be messed up. Some people go right back to the way it was before, others don't. The only thing you can do is chart, use OPKs etc, and kind of see waht your new normal is.
